  7.    0.4, an update to version 0.3 (from Picticon/Iconian archives)

  9. Function:
  10.    Changes  the Workbench palette from IFF file.  Optionally locks all
  11. or  some  pens.   Optionally catches Workbench screen mode changes and
  12. updates palette.
  13.    Used  to  get  more  than  8 set colors.  Also handy to set MagicWB
  14. colors  as  first 8 pens, for smaller, quicker icons.  (In conjunction
  15. with 3-2-8, not included.)

  17. Features:  ('*' denotes a new feature)
  18. o  Can use any IFF for palette.
  19. o  Recognizes Iconian LOCK hunks.  Defines which pens are locked,
  20.    which remain free.
  21. *  Notify of WB screen changes, and updates palette. (optional)
  22. *  Signals WBVerlauf to update it's copper list. (optional)
